Our office is in Chandler, Arizona (in the metropolitan Phoenix area), but our clients span the U.S. and the globe. ACS management

AZtec Communication Services (ACS) was founded in 2008 by Alan Vickers, a technical communicator and web developer. Career accomplishments include:

• Earned Bachelor of Science degrees (Summa Cum Laude) in Multimedia Writing and Technical Communication and Business Administration, Arizona State University
• Founded the CMS and Online Marketing Meetup group
• Developed over 30 Joomla, Drupal, and WordPress CMS websites
• Wrote or edited over 150 technical documents, including product documentation, process instructions, and marketing materials
• Achieved technical certifications in Network+ and Convergence Technology Professional (CTP)
• Experienced in several programming languages, including HTML, XHTML, PHP, ASP, MySQL, and XML
• Achieved senior member in the Phoenix Chapter Society for Technical Communication
• Served as Phoenix Chapter Society for Technical Communication (STC) student liasion and competition manager for the International Technical Writing Competition (ITWC) for college students
